The Nomination deadline is May 15th as per Article 7.6 Election Procedures. Also any notices of motion, correspondence, constitution amendments and other matters for consideration shall be made in writing to WFMHA Secretary by May 20th as per By-Law #1 Article 6 referring to the Annual Meeting of the WFMHA

WFMHA Player Movement

At the April 18th WFMHA Executive meeting there was a motion passed that there will be no movement of players whatsoever in all divisions from tyke to midget.

We are currently accepting coaching applications for the 2012-2013 season for the following teams:

WF Greco's Midget A Trappers 2011-2012 NOHA Silver Medalists

After 25 years of coaching within North Bay and West Ferris Minor Hockey, coach Heath Marson has hung up his clip board. As his final dutites, Heath coached his team to a silver finish at the NOHA's in Astorville. The boys showed their respect to the coach by sending him off the ice for the last time with a fitting tribute

Bantam House League teams will be playing in the Nipissing District Hockey League and will be required to travel for league play. They will be playing league games Midget House League teams will continue to play in the loop they always have and will be required to travel as well. Novice, Atom and Peewee teams will not be required to travel for league play. These changes are being implemented in response to new rules that have been instituted by the NDHL for the next season.

Team Socks

Please be advised that WFMHA will provide all House League and Representative teams with team socks for the 2011-2012 season.
